K. MNIF obtained the B.Sc. degree in EE from Univ. of Sfax, Tunisia, in 1995 and the M.Sc. and Ph.D degrees in Telecommunication in 1998 and 2006, respectively. Since 2007, He's an Assistant-Prof. with the ISECS and ENET’COM, Univ. of Sfax. Since 2007, He's a member of Electronic and Technology Information Laboratory (LETI), Univ. of Sfax. His scopes of research are performance evaluation, QoS, Mobility Management, Radio Resource Management and Scheduling for wireless N G N.
