
Activities of the 4C
The activities of a 4C include initiatives related to reception, information, academic and career guidance, and support toward employment through training and certification.
1. Reception and Information
This activity involves :

Contributing to the reception of new students and introducing them to university life.

Providing students and graduates with a set of resources and access to job and internship offers through various information media presenting: available opportunities, training or internship opportunities at national or international levels, and events related to employability...

Allowing employers to access the graduate database and academic programs by:

Providing them with graduates’ CVs via websites, files, and emails.

Organizing events for employers, students, and graduates such as career workshops, local job fairs, and on-site recruitment visits.

Facilitating the participation of employers in the reform of higher education curricula.
2. Career Guidance
The career advisors at the 4C provide coaching sessions for students and graduates to help them make informed decisions regarding training or job opportunities, and ultimately to identify the career path that best suits their profile.
3. Support and Training
The 4C is committed to supporting students in making the right choices regarding their academic paths and elective courses. It helps them acquire the skills required by the job market
Student preparation for securing and maintaining employment is supported through initiatives focused on improving their skills, including :

Active job searching

CV preparation

Interview preparation

Use and management of social media and professional networking sites,

Use of career development platforms (such as
Tounes Ta3mal)

Acquisition of soft skills (communication, entrepreneurship, languages, etc.)
The 4C offers training sessions aimed at soft skills certification for students and graduates, and hosts related examination center activities.
