Aims
Since the creation of ENET’Com  in 2014, the Telecommunications department has participated in the training of high-level engineers in the various sectors of Telecommunication. Courses aim at providing future engineers with a high-quality scientific and technical training, both theoretically and practically. We offer a multidisciplinary training that covers the following areas :

  • Signal and data processing: It is a discipline that develops and studies techniques for processing, analyzing and interpreting data transmitted through a chain of transmission. In this field, the engineer is equipped with the necessary skills to be able to process signals and information relying on signal and information theory.
  • Networks, multimedia systems and telecommunication services: In this field, the engineer is trained to design and deploy a network architecture allowing the installation of data services and multimedia services while guaranteeing a satisfactory quality. By the end of the course, he must also be able to use supervision tools and measures for monitoring network equipment.
  • Administration and security of networks and systems: The objective of this field is to give future engineers the necessary skills in administration and security in order to carry out analysis, audit and service design studies. Engineers are also trained to design services as well as information security systems.
  • The  training covers five semesters: Four semesters as a common branch and one semester as a speciality. In this last semester, students may choose to specialize in one of the four disciplines offered. By doing so, the syllabus aims at covering a broad spectrum of the field of TE. In addition to the basic face-to-face courses, the teaching includes personalized work in the form of individual projects as well as additional and specific trainings.
Each semester lasts for 14 weeks plus one week for evaluation. The first two years provide a common training guaranteeing a satisfactory level in the various fields of telecommunication and, thus, allowing trainees to integrate all telecommunication engineering professions such as advanced technologies, multimedia, wireless technologies, networks and security as well as the management of quality, services and projects.

The third year is devoted to specialized courses in telecommunications engineering, where the engineering student chooses to specialise in one the following four options :

Speciality 1 : Telecommunication Technologies and Services (TTS)
Engineers specialising in this branch are specifically prepared for occupying the position of engineer in telecommunication services, as well as the qualification and validation of systems, etc.

Speciality 2 : Cyber Security (CS)
Engineers specialising in this branch are specifically prepared for occupying a position in the field of information system security. They are further trained to evaluate and audit these systems, detect intrusion and develop authentication protocols.

Speciality 3 : Network and Cloud Infrastructure (NCI)
Engineers specialising in this branch are specifically prepared for occupying a position in the field of mobile networks, core networks, virtualization, IoT, Cloud Computing and the quality of services, etc.

Speciality 4 : Space and Automotive Technology (SAT)
Engineers specialising in this branch are specifically prepared for occupying a position in the fields of space and automobile through the analysis and integration of space data and communications and vehicle networks.
