Through its quality policy, ENET’Com has sought to strengthen its image, presence, and visibility at the national and international levels, and to enhance the international dimension of its educational programs. ENET’Com’s administration has adopted a research policy aligned with regional, national, and international strategic priorities to promote the dissemination of research findings as well as the recognition and influence of researchers in an environment conducive to higher scientific quality. ENET’Com, through its strategic roadmap for 2030, has also sought to strengthen and diversify international partnerships in teaching and research. New Academic Partnership Between Tunisia and Canada 
ENET'Com and INRS are taking a new step forward in their scientific collaboration with the launch of their first international joint doctoral thesis. Led by the NTS'Com laboratory and the INRS-EMT Wireless Communications Laboratory, this research project of excellence benefits from joint scientific supervision provided by both institutions. It marks the beginning of an ambitious academic partnership based on innovation, international outreach, and the sharing of expertise. This initiative paves the way for new research projects in the fields of telecommunications, smart networks, and future technologies. This first joint supervision arrangement is just the beginning. Further opportunities will be offered to high-potential students eager to pursue a full-time Ph.D. (4 years) in an international research environment of excellence, at the heart of innovation and the technologies of tomorrow.
